The miserable pup lay in the snow for two days before someone came to her relief. Fortunately, rescuers discovered it before it was completely buried.
Stray Paws received a report of a dog who has been lying in the snow for two days and has no idea how she got there. Was she there because she was sick, injured, or had an accident?
They weren't sure why the dog was there, but they knew they had to act fast to save her. When they arrived, they discovered that the frozen puppy had been buried alive. Half of her body was buried in the snow, and she was lucky to breathe because the temperatures were below freezing.
No one knows how the dog survived two days in the cold weather. She was unable to move and had to go through a lot of agony. Despite this, I let the rescuers put her in a kennel and take her to the vet.
Snow White was the correct name for a frozen girl. They started warming her little body up with an IV after she got to the vet. The vet estimated her age at about three years.
Her body temperature was only 32.9°C, although the usual value is 38°C. She did not weigh much, so she had little shelter from the frigid conditions in which she lived. She had no marks and no one recognized her, so they believe she was abandoned.
They did everything they could to help the adorable little pup. It took a while for her to be able to walk on her paws again after they raised her body temperature. But, by some miracle, she was able to survive and was able to walk and even get out on the second day.
Although she has recovered, she is not out of the woods yet. Snow White had a difficult recovery period since she also fell ill. It took some time and medication, but after three months of being rescued from the snow, she finally found her permanent home where she thrived and had canine friends.
Unfortunately, dogs like Snow White are often abandoned. But, fortunately, there are people like the Stray Paws Rescue Team who do everything they can to help. They are true heroes, working tirelessly to save as many pets as possible.
We hope you liked seeing her happy ending. Despite everything, she is a sweet and cheerful child. It melts my heart to watch her thrive with her new family. Please, as always, share her story with your friends.
