According to 12 News, the Port Arthur Fire Department, in Port Arthur, Texas, responded to a call Tuesday about a dog stuck at the bottom of an empty concrete tank at the city's water treatment plant.

The dog was stuck 20 feet from below. It is not clear how he got there, but firefighters quickly worked to free him.

A crew member descended a ladder and carried the dog all the way, finally bringing him to safety.
